Deep, layered and rich in texture, this full-bodied wine is not overtly fruity or oaky, but delivers plenty of flint and mineral aromas, white-pepper and peach-skin flavors. It was fermented in neutral barrels and aged on the lees, adding to its creamy mouthfeel. – J.G.
